David Attenborough
I was watching one of his "old" Nature programmes on Freeview, then I turned to BBC and saw his "new" programme. It struck me that he is really looking old now.
I thought - "What on Earth will we do when he is gone ?" The man is a Living God !

His documentaries are wonderful, and he has a pleasant voice.
He has brought the wonders of nature to many people. One of many British legends..

Oh thank goodness - when I saw the thread title I thought he'd popped his clogs.
He's absolutely the bees knees - possibly the greatest Brit ever.

I have watched him over the years and his unique voice draws one into the wonderful world of 'Nature' and the beautiful creatures that inhabit it.

Interesting factoid.
David has a huge fascination with amber and insects contained therein. And I believe his collection of amber is second to very few.
