Have you ever used a pendulum stand ?

I tried it ~ I had to tie my chain in a knot to hang it up

it didn't move ~ so I took it down and asked it if it's able to move on a stand and it said yes

so I said ~ so you just didn't want to move? ~ and it said yes

my pendulum is strange ~ it has a personality and an attitude ~ it speaks in codes to protect me from telling on myself and it tells me top secret stuff that I have to decipher on the internet ~ the encrypted words when searched on the internet turn up results relevant to the story that the pendulum is telling me

So you have established a connection to a non-physical source of information. Now, start asking deeper questions, to find out why you are here, what you are supposed to do, and such.

Maybe your pendulum / source-of-information exhibits an "attitude" because it is unhappy with the kind of questions you are asking. Ask it if that's the case.

I've used a pendulum a lot and while many people subscribe to the idea that you are in communication with some higher part of yourself, my opinion is that any useful information you get from one came from an outside source.....spirit guides, guardian angels...the universe...God....who knows???

But much experience with a pendulum tells me that I'm tapping into information from "elsewhere". and like the Op's experience I can tell you that there are questions that a pendulum doesn't like and will refuse to answer and I've learned to recognize this when I see it.

I've also learned to recognize the signs of "your not meant to know that answer just yet...ask again later" That'll happen too!

it doesn't have a bad attitude ~ I don't ask any inappropriate questions

my pendulum won't answer me if I ask it a question that I already know the answer to ~ then I ask it if it didn't answer me because I already know the answer and it says yes

but I asked it if my birthday was my birthday and it swears that my birthday is on a different date

it told my my birthdate and time ~ I asked it several times and it spelled out the same answer every time ~ it says I am 7 months older than my birthday

I meant that the entity behind your pendulum has more useful things, for your personality, to tell than you asked it, and would like you to use it in that way.
