Like it or not you're doing a system/method/process that will have a probabilist outcome.
The question is, how well is performing?
I think this is the biggest problem in this community. People just have GENERAL STUFF and don't definite it well every element involved with it.
My system is 10%~20%. I have an average of 2 to 3 successes, every 20 days. By doing the same mechanical process with accuracy.
Make a Spreadsheet with this columns:
- Method Name
- Description
- When
- Practice Area
- Hypnagogic State
- Vibrations
- Binaural Beats
- Body Position
- Affirmations
- Time of Practice
- Techniques Used
- Nº of Tests
- Nº of Wins
- Win Rate
In order to have statistical significance at least you need a minimum of 20 tests for every method, and every variable you split test.
You can change 1 variable, and BINGO you have the 10% success rate!
Then you won't have any frustration and random results like you did before. It's a consistent machine like way to explore by yourself, with absolute clarity. Changes everything...
