I had an unusual combination. I needed to use up my bag of gram flour (past it's sell by date) so made a batter with it and shallow fried some organic raw prawns dipped in this. Had it alongside organic watercress, red pepper strips and baby plum tomatoes mixed into fresh tartare sauce. (Would have been better/less fatty with a chilli sauce but still good.)
