Hi RedEmbers, you're welcome, sound good. I have set up new boundaries myself to someone and even if it is tough at first it will get better, it is always like that I think in the beginning when you are changing the rules. One feels a little lost too in it even if one knows it is the right thing to do. Too good you don't isolate yourself with this. Best of luck! In life we go through many changes, and a relationship is not always consistent. The way I see it you don't have to excuse yourself, and find ways to explain yourself, you could if it makes you feel better, but just don't give away your own self-power, to someone else. (It is so easy for me to write this but at the same time I still have to remind myself not to be quick and say oh Im sorry, or explain myself in situations, takes practice, LOL)
