Hi lostsoul13, If it is my third eye opening up are there any advantages of it happening. Can I ap feeling pressure on my forehead? If so, how? I try to ignore it but the strong pressure is always there. It helps when I listen to a CD. Even when I am typing this I feel a slight pressure on my forehead.

I just read on line the benefits of opening up your third eye. I am not sure if I believe in the third eye. I have an open mind so anything is possible. A long time I was not sure if ap was real. I know from my experiences that ap is very real.

Hi IdoMastery I rolled my eyes upwards when I feel the heavy sensation between my eyes. Nothing happened. It could be because I did not persevere with it. I read on line and it said if ap does not happen do not give up, try again. I will keep trying.

I have had an idea for a long time but have not done it. Tonight I am going to do the new way. I am not going to go into a bedroom to try to ap because it is temping to drift off and give up. I am going to go in the lounge room on the recliner to ap. That way I will be more determined to succeed and not drift off. I know just because I practice to ap does not mean I will ap within the next 30 minutes or hour. I feel I can ap and I know I will but it may not happen. If it does not happen I will have a break and try again.

From what I can tell it transports a higher consciousness and tapping into it gives you abilities and gifts…it helps with clairvoyance and other specialist gifts… it usually throbs or pulses—- accompanying with pressure….

I said I am going to ap in the lounge room. I have not done it and I may not do it. My husband goes to bed late at night and walks through the lounge room. He likes to go that way because it is easier for him so the cat will not follow him.
I ap in the spare bedroom. I am mostly determined so there is not a problem. There is still more improvement to be made. When I fall asleep I give up and go to bed to sleep. I want to keep practicing and have another chance to ap. I will try to get more determined. The more we try the more chances we are likely to succeed.
