Hi! What is your favourite Spring-time smell?
Hi everyone! Today is a beautiful day on the prairies in Canada!
What is your favourite Spring-time smell - you know the fragrance you one day catch a whiff of, and go "Yeah ... it's officially Spring!"
Mine is the smoky sweet fragrance of the balsam poplar sap.

Pine sap, ceder, sage brush, sweet grass, new cut hay, wood smoke from a camp fire, the smell of a horse that's been at grass. I sure miss the Alberta Rockies and the prairies. One day I'll get to go n visit back home.

The smell of the woods after a heavy rain, yes, Russian Olive while in bloom is magnificent as Lilybugs suggested and the morning air before the sun comes up and it gets hot and lastly, the smell of my ducks but I have that smell all year long.
