This is a bonsai seen at my friend's place. It is believed to be a fig tree.

Last month I received a gift for my birthday, a potted flower. I have forgotten what it is. But it has recently blossomed. I feel they are both happy to be with each other.

Hey Visitor thanks for sharing your photos. I love the elm tree! I only have one bonsai at the moment, a Brazilian rain tree, and it is a baby for now. Just started. I used to have hundreds of bonsai but i gave them away or sold them when i went on my spiritual journey. I couldnn't care for them sadly, and so it was the right thing to do.

Hello somnium.
It is good to read that you have gone on a spiritual journey, and now have time to care for a bonsai.
Your Brazilian rain tree is starting its sacred journey and life, shared and cared for by your experiences - a great combination.
I hope to see a photo of your Brazilian rain tree bonsai.

I bought another bonsai tree with my birthday money. I'm surprised they ship live grown bonsai trees from online! It's called a Juniper bonsai c:
(Sorry for the huge picture, I can't resize it from my phone)

Bonsai trees are awesome. I want to create a Japanese-style garden one day and put those in it.
