A Metal Angel?!!

I am sitting here on my bed, reading bits and pieces of my Precious Moments bible (NKJV).

I'm getting bored, and I think, "Check out the Ezekiel vision before you put the book away". So I flip through the bible and Ezekiel is a lot further back than I remember.

I end up on Chapter 37 with a heading of "The Dry Bones Live". Ehh? Straight away, I think of my Metal Angel dream. In verses 1-10 of the chapter, God takes Jacob to a valley of bones (a defeated army) where God breathes life back into the bones which become flesh once again. As my bible puts it in Verse 6:

"I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you: and you shall live . . . ."

The difference between that chapter and my dream is that God revives an army, and in my dream a winged angel made of metal over flesh revived as if on its own. Well, what is an angel if not a one-man army? 🧐

Hmmm, maybe that angel is me in a waaay distant future? 🙄😁 Or a parallel life or universe. . . . Gosh, who knows but God, anyway. Still, a girl can dream and wonder. 😇
