What method do you use to heal with crystals ?

I basically just hold them in my hand and see if I feel something.Many times I feel different. What do you do ?

I feel the energy from crystals best around my heart chakra so I wear them as pendants.

I don't often use my crystals for healing really. If I do want that I put it directly on the spot or tape it in place on the spot. I do that with my shungite for my neck.

But mostly I have and use my crystals for their (high) energies and what they bring me, not healing.

I'm also interested in their energies.

But sometimes I don't know if what I feel is placebo or real.

That would be a bit much to write here, hihi. I got some 320 crystals and most are high vibrational, newer finds.
Like the other day buying the Blue Mist Lemurian crystal from Colombia. Colombian crystals have an even higher vibration than those from Brazil apparently. But this crystal can help to see that more is possible, that healing is possible, or that you can go through the glass ceiling of your own creation, or get through turmoil to clarity.
That's only a part of what it can do.

Sometimes it's also a very strong feeling that I need a crystal. This is for my own personal and spiritual growth.
Citrine is one such crystal although I think it is also because it helps with self-confidence etc (Solar Plexus). But The Temple of the One True Light in Atlantis at the time is where I worked and lived. If not mistaken a High Priestess. All 12 Atlantean temples were made of crystal, this one was pure clear citrine.
When I visit that temple in meditation I always cry, I feel so at home! It's where I belong. Working with Lord Voosloo with whom I resonate very strongly as well.
So citrine is also a connection with that.

That's only 2 crystals. And I got over 300 Too much to tell :)
