Recent discovery
Something I discovered : meditation is so IMPORTANT!
without meditation I was a lost cause.
I've been meditating consistently 30-45 minutes a day for a month now, but I started to notice the difference in less than a week.
I remember I meditated for 9 months straight, daily, and then went into a short time where my twin flame talked to me after a year of NC.
We were not ready, and the energy wasn't right either.
I'm hoping this time around, somehow, the energy will be right.
