Hello everyone
Hello everyone,
I am here to lead a more spiritual life. For me, that means being more accepting of my present situation, accepting the things I cannot change or have no control over, and be more grateful for the things I already have in my life.
I am sure you will all help me in this journey.
I began meditating a few days ago and noticed the positive changes it made to my mental health and emotional well-being.
