(What is this?) and Something to try out !
Hi,
i'v just read a thread about EFT and tapping, so i imagined the taping technique which i heard of: the forehead tapping.
And, as i imagined it, i immediately felt energy - without touching it.
This is not unusual.
My question is, what is this thing called, see below:
To try out:
Use your pointing finger, and place it on your forehead. (The area between your eyebrows, around 1 cm higher.
Let it there for about 10 seconds and concentrate on the point which is touching the skin.
Then slowly move your finger away from the point, so that you can move it around without touching the skin.
(but not too far, at first). - (sidenote: Later you can move the finger away, 10~30 cm, and it should work from that distance, too.)
You should (well at least it is so here) still feel some energy thing. Now slowly move the finger all around the forehead, and the energy should follow.
This works, here on all places over the head and even if i point the finger on the other hand.
And there are few more places, on the body, where it is felt.
(on some places it is not felt, but i think it is up to the concentration).
Does this thing have a name and what is it ?
I suspect that it has to do with the Aura, but i'm not sure.

It's called tactile imagery.I don't know if you've read Robert Bruce's book ''energy work''.(it's about using this teqnique).
If not,then propably your guides gave you knowledge of it.
It's not the aura.It's your awakened mind.You feel the energy not because you're moving your finger,but because your mind is in alignment with what you're doing.
This method is the first thing i've learned.(thanks Mr Bruce).
I suggest to read his book.Soon,you'll be able to activate chakras,etc.

The next level of the question is, then, how do you call it, when the same touch works on the "other" people - without actually touching them or without being near them ?

Healing.
Magnetising (working with energy through your hands mostly).
Depending on what you do with it, it's energy work, healing, or reading.
Also, what has this got to do with EFT? |

In the opening post, i have explained that i have watched, prior to opening this topic, something about eft.
I wonder if this could be used for "EFT" taping, because of ... well ... no hands needed for it ?
