Hi One Light :) That is very kind of you, thank you. What help make me feel strong, when I shift from my other wise whimpy me is when I feel a need to protect someone else.
I can see from That man's description that what ever it was it targeted a vulnerable part of himself. If one can try to change it/reshape it to someone trying to hurt somone else he loves - then I hope it can change his inner, instinctive feeling. I have tried this and I can't explain it but it is working, at least much better :)
