the hardest thing I've had to do was negative self-talk. But it was so worth it not to be saddled with all the wishful thinking that permeated my life!

Saying everything is predetermined just isn’t the way to go, for me personally. I believe we create everything thru our thoughts. What we focus on, we attract. I feel there are certain people and situation that will come our way because of karmic ties that we have decided to deal with but other than that it’s just all about thoughts. Remember Buddha saying, All of what you are is the result of what you have thought. Another good quote I love is: If you do what youve always done, then you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.

yeah people used to always needle me with that. And stupid me, I failed to treat others in kind.... what an eye opener into the hearts of men... |

Hey we’ve all done stupid things, probably me more than most. But I jus feel I’ve really have learnt from those situations by mulling them over and having a real good look at what I could have done better, instead of automatically blaming others. Then when I decided that in future if that situation came up again I would be able to handle it in a more balanced way. I reckon that’s all we can do, learn and grow and I guess that’s what we are here for hey.
