We have been eating turkey meatloaf and mashed potatoes! Yum!

I did spare ribs in my pressure cooker (Instant Pot). I cooked on high pressure for 35 minutes and let cool for about 10 minutes slowly. I used a dry rub prior to putting them in my cooker. The meat was just falling off the bone, which impressed me because spare ribs can be tough.
