Hello, can someone please help me remove darkness that has been projected onto me please?

& can someone help me to know how to put up a shield so they can't keep coming at me with them?

I do not know that I can respond to your request, but I am moved to simply respond.

Hello. You are not alone.

The following few lines are/were attempts of my own to break out of the bonds of fear half a now long lifetime ago.

This is the first time I have offered them exactly as they first came to me--though I have previously posted sections, modified sections,

Circles.

I have sat in the house of madness,
I have seen sanity mock me at the door.
Anxious at dusk,
I have been terrified at dawn,
For I have watched the ballet of dread imagining
And found myself
Dancing.
I have felt fear dominate my perception
And have been mesmerised.

Why tell you this?
I tell you because I tell myself.
I am tired.
I am tired of fighting.
I will make fear my friend,
I will turn the other cheek,
I will hold out my hand
And give my shoulder to cry on.
Wherever there is fear
There also am I.

I listen to the radio often during the night. An hour or so ago I chanced to switch channels and just caught the intro music and subsequent performance of Billy Joel singing/playing "Piano Man". ---1974 apparently. I can remember it but had not previously really listened to the lyrics---great song I now appreciate--and inspirational because it helped me to pluck up courage to post this to you.

you don´t need another person to remoe darkness. You can do it on your own. You are powerful enough. Just stop identifying with the darkness and let it go, then it goes away...identification is always the key. With each decision and new second you can change everything. Best greetings!

I've tried a lot of other avenues.
I have a Karmic Twinflame/soul tie whatever your beliefs may be;

Mine is karmic. It is attached to me like my whole life seems to be attached.Everything I was doing, and my family, all the people I come into contact with. Wildlife, birds, numbers, songs.

Yes, I allowed and let it go on, to a point where it is taking over and it won't stop, and I keep getting attacked, and tortured.

I need a soul contract ended. No one seems to understand.

I did have one person tell me that ONLY a clinical hypnotist can do this, but I don't have the funds.

I am told if I don't get the change in time, that my life will stay in turmoil, yet I have been healing some core self beliefs and things started changing, and I started manifesting. but it cost me $10k and it was on my visa, and now I am maxxed out, cuz I had some attacks.

This man is married, twice now. He has changed some, and when all is said and done his ego will disintegrate.

However, I think I may have the month of January to still make the change, but I think I have to do it with the project, and I don't want it. The change is very difficult, very perectionist. It is apparently a dimensional change from what I understand.

A healer I have hired, keeps telling me I am not powerful and that is satan playing tricks on me, and him, and that I am getting the short end of the stick in a bad way, and he keeps getting boosted. We are tied.

My biggest issue right now is he has control in my life and his wife backfires with witch craft voodoo, hexes, curses, dark & black magic, negative entities, and energies, can turn people away from me, uses mind control on them and me. Can watch me through lights, and my phone brightens when he is watching me, same with my laptop.

talk to myself in a positive manner out loud
am reactive
act out
told to say certain phrases, or do certain things, which I don't anymore,

even just TALK


it keeps the cycle going. I get attacked.

Might you know anyone that can end soul contracts we write before coming into this life please?

It seems that there was some sort of irregularity in the functioning of this web site around 24th November.--I think others also experienced it. ?
I tried to post a response to your opening post. It did not seem to send, and an error message came up. So tried again and this time post seemed to submit ok and appeared on thread as #2. However, even though it appeared as #2 , the latest post on the thread when you scroll down through the various subjects, topics etc. still showed the most recent post on the thread you began as being your opening post. On the 25th November I therefore posted #3 because I realised that otherwise you might not be aware for some time that a reply-#2-had been posted to your opening post.--hope this clarifies. Some simple glitch around those dates which I think others may also have experienced?
As mentioned in #2, I am aware that #2 may be of no help to your evidently complex experience/situation other than simply being a response. I hope very much that you are able to find some peace of mind Green.Heals.
My own experience is that intense concentration upon a situation can easily result in creating a kind of mental whirlpool into which all manner of other aspects of our lives seem to be drawn into as being somehow connected and significant.--but are they? Certainly they may appear to be, and understandably so, but in certain circumstances so powerful is our belief in the reality of our experiences that our reasoning becomes totally intent and involved in what seems like sensible suspicion and the need to identify all possible threats. The result of this may be that our ability to question the actual reality of those suspicions/beliefs becomes sidelined, overwhelmed by our concentration upon "it is so", rather than questioning "is it actually so?"

I understand where you are coming from, and for most it may be so

My issue is a karmic twinflame has awakened, and ascended and I was meant to let go a long time ago, but I couldn't so I made his life worse and they brought someone else in for him but allowed me again a path to him, and I again caused him immense pain until it was too late for me,

now he has fun using mind control to hurt me, and he constantly watches me through lights around me, and his wife utilizes withcraft to use against me, and it is CONSTANT.

I have suffered a lot. I want to end the contract to him.

I don't have the money to do so through the way I have been told to do it. so I am seeking someone that may be able to do so.

I am afraid of him and I want it to stop.

What worked for me was a prayer that I was given by the Spiritualist church called The Prayer of Protection:

I ask that the white Christ light fill me and surround me with your protection. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.

Then you visualise this light surrounding you in a bubble for a few minutes. You can say it a few times during the day but especially before going to sleep.

A trip to your local spiritualist church might be helpful to you as well. They are generally very nice, kind people and they are used to talking about what you are going thru.
