yoga is equally beneficial and important for children. For children who practice yoga for better breathing and meditation, their sleeping hours increase, and they sleep soundly to sleep. According to a study by Stanford University of the school of medicine, their sleeping times increase by 74 minutes. Sound sleep increases their concentration and memory power.

Practicing yoga improves children's mental and physical health.

Imagine if more children practiced yoga all the way into adulthood. The trick is to make it entertaining enough for them to stick with it :)
