Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Sure, this is an excerpt from a talk by Barry Long, in which he speaks about the mystery of death.

Maybe some of you here will find it helpful, or perhaps it will arouse your curiosity.

Don't worry about clicking the link, it's perfectly safe, the video is taken directly from the official Barry Long Youtube channel.
Thank you for your response Miss Hepburn, I wish you well.

'Man has many deaths but only one life. In death you lose nothing but your ignorance.
As the false is destroyed you come alive. Death is death.'

Many years ago there was a famous American magazine called LIFE. It was a releiable source of news. The editor seeing just how much the magazine was covering other cultures and countries decided they needed a chinese window on the world.
The magazine was joined by an sweet elderly Chinese gentleman a Mr. Rhee who was rapidly accepted by the staff for his good humour and friendliness, his additions to the magazine's topics were appreciated by all.
He did however have a problem with the size of New York and always needed to be accompanied by one of the staff if he had an job anywhere outside.
One day, after lunch he unexpectedly failed to appear in the office and the boss told his secretary to go and look for him.
She looked everywhere and eventually found him sitting on a bench in Central Park looking rather forlorn and lost: relieved, she said to him;

'Ah sweet Mr. Rhee of Life at last I've found thee'.

Nathaneil, i must say, that's an interesting video, I have seen it before. And Once he experienced a spiritual crisis culminating in a self-ascribed "mystic death," which he called his "realisation of immortality," followed four years.
