the pathless path requires recognition
that we are not this feeble mind-body
deep truth clear on entering cessation
whereupon we rest ego forms shoddy

knowing world of transience is unreal
we employ free will to meld head with heart
feeling rapture of love as bliss appeal
as joy ignition each moment does start

the shift then being simply surrender
wherein we just get out of own way
allowing God to manifest thunder
as in-form nodes to rhythm divine sway

such oh hermit, is this wondrous ascent
wherein all we do is grant love consent

Just imagine
Head as a balloon
A periscope feeling earth
With heart as the seat
Of soul essence

Senses five
Powered by mind
Interact and interpret
Duality at play
Witnessed

Separation
Of head and heart
Allows us to feel contrast
Manifest epiphany
Lucid dream

Union
Of polarities
Aligned with God’s love
Suffuses us thus
With bliss

There then
Being no seeking
Tango dancing, so becoming
Vibrant God-essence
Here now

Scriptures affirm truth of oneness
There being but one consciousness
High time now we solve this life quiz
Wisdom revealed in deep stillness

Knowing then that God alone is
Meaning, all that is, He and His
Truth is a singularity
Manifest within, as bliss fizz

Recognising this, rarity
Attained when with void parity
Else we feel separate from source
Maya’s veil shrouding clarity

God is love, thus employs no force
Free will determines, our life course
We’re here to learn and to discern
For each breath, God’s our sole resource

Exiting feral pathways stern
When narrow cravings, we upturn
Each node of form, explodes in joy
Feel thus lama, benign bliss burn

God is the creator
We are the created
Emptiness the crater
So our heart’s agitated

The void of no-thingness
Incomprehensible to mind
Upon melding with oneness
All our fears are left far behind

Here, in womb of existence
There’s nothing we need to do
Relax oh lama, be thou not tense
Rejoice as bliss throbs within renew

There’s a cry for help, we choose to ignore,
although our first response was to reach out,
for it’s a pattern, we have seen before,
thus valid is our thought, that does now doubt,
so stifle empathy, that tends to sprout.
We wish that heart over our head holds sway,
with love and light divine, as our mainstay,
yet there’s no need for us to trauma bond,
so we guard our well being, as we pray,
for where is the fun, in being so conned?

The Gunas three, both boon and bane
For without rest, we’ll go insane
Rajas, the cauldron of desire
Whilst Sattva, sunshine in the rain

Propelled through life until we tire
Seems without cause, we did perspire
Whence heart is still, voids within fill
Save God, nothing that we aspire

Once we surrender to God’s will
Gently shaped upon life’s anvil
All’s enabled in timeless time
Smooth is our soul’s ascent uphill

Head-heart aligned, hark the love chime
Grace in-pours from divine sublime
Bliss magnetism pervades our form
Life becomes an unending rhyme

Singular focus through each storm
Guna’s hold no longer the norm
See oh hermit, there’s no one here
That that is, is bliss current warm

Ego disappears, God draws near
Our life course, He Himself does steer
All we do, is frolic and play
God’s light within, we hold so dear

Knowing now that love paves the way
We make throb of joy our mainstay
Being to become, a bliss mist
Luminous, beauteous sun ray

Life is consciousness
All encompassing
In each realm
That is

Upon earth
Related to man
In the third density
Vital life breath is love

Love employs no force
Allows us to choose
From Gunas three
Our life path

At the bottom
Tamas or stupor
Feels separate, inert
Sadly, dwells in darkness

Shift to interconnectedness
Propelled by Rajas desire
With sporadic empathy
Love flame flickers

Sattva Guna
Head-heart meld
Compassion blossoms
One with God-consciousness

Oh hermit, as we may see
All is already enabled
Love door is open
Just walk in

Brahma at root, holds still divine energy
We feel incomplete in the lull
Shakti’s coiled there, awaiting synergy
Whilst Shiva’s abode is the skull
On this truth, oh lama, mull

Fears and desires block the joy conduit
Ego borne delusion
Divine Mother rests until soul chooses to reboot
So we’re in deep confusion
Until head and heart fusion

Upon shifting to thought rested silence
Ego spawned fears ebb away
Essence of presence rekindles flame of innocence
Divine love and light sun ray
Radiating bliss that’s here to stay

why shines not, light of our luminescence

Heart, tempestuous and wild
Delights in the dance of contrast
Although knowing it will not last
Frolics about like a playful child

Mother and Father join the play
Name of the game is separation
Hide and seek, before their union
Foiled by heart that does so sway

Mother coiled, fast asleep at root
Waits for desires to be relinquished
Thoughts fade, ego is vanquished
She as kundalini, has time to reboot

Journey’s long, from root to crown
Erst fears and beliefs a blockage
There yet remains instincts savage
Feral lust addictive, yet to drown

Getting past sacral, next is navel
Power, domination and dark fear
Envy, hatred, contempt in high gear
Demons, dragons, of folklore fable

Swadishtana and Manipura playoff
Can Ida’s water calm Pingala’s fire
Fuelled by our ego, nurturing desire
An impasse until hearing love cough

Heart centre both turbid and calm
We may liken it to eye of the storm
Place of rest, in bliss currents warm
Sins cleansed by love’s healing balm

Rising from earth and waters deep
Having traversed life trial by fire
Breath of air’s welcome, for we tire
For into the void, we need to leap

Material plane ends, all we hold real
Twinkling stars scattered across space
Hold promise of boundless divine grace
Are we ready for the ineffable ethereal

Although heart to throat a jump away
Rainbow colour shifts from green to blue
Cleansed in heart, fresh like morning dew
Void’s our home where we choose to stay

From jugular notch to the Adam’s apple
Soul orientation determines meditation
In timeless time distilled is our attention
When manifests God’s surreal miracle

Ascent upwards into the vast head ovoid
Formless presence sans our lower mind
Past knowing erased, beliefs left behind
One with That oneness, by God buoyed

Be we yet in form or the infinite universe
It matters little for we meld with the stream
Wisdom downloads endlessly then beam
We dance with joy without need to rehearse

Soma nectar flows, we see vibrationally
Then comes about male-female balance
When energies equalise, erect our stance
Hirayangarbha splits in head enigmatically

The seed having sprouted, begins descent
Via Amrit nadi, back into the heart centre
Divine union, fusion God Himself does mentor
Since free will chose to grant love consent

Soundless thunder, bliss ignition continual
Then illumines root to crown central vein
Baptised by Spirit, twice born, free from stain
Each life breath is heightened bliss renewal

Shakti unites with Shiva as Ardhnarishwara
Our form is transmuted thus from within
When veils are lifted, bliss throbs on our skin
As indivisible God essence we’re as Ishwara
