I think I might have asked this question before...
...but, can anyone here recommend any gemstones/crystals for pain relief? my eighty-two year old mother has been suffering for too long and I want to ease her troubles. She takes paracetamol every four hours, the pain is in her legs and shoulders. I have read somewhere that Sugilite is good as a pain reliever but I thought I'd get some advice from you good people before I spend some money.

Shungite works a treat for me. I tape one in my neck on regular basis when my neck (injury) bothers me a lot and causes me pain, headache, tinnitus etc.
It often helps so much I don't have to take a painkiller.
Black tourmaline can also be used but it will need regular cleansing.
