If you have entities in your aura, I may be able to help you understand them. many of these entities only see your thoughts about thoughts. imagine only seeing your thoughts about anything you are going to do, this is all they see. They learn the best through imaginations in the mind, you can show them anything and they will try and understand it. They do not understand meditation as you are thinking about it, try to imagine the things you are trying to do or attempting to do, if you feel them becoming obstinate. I spend many hours a day explaining things this way as I talk to many everyday.

It is possible, since money is an issue and the reliability of the practitioner,
to do this yourself...really..we have as much power as anyone else.
But, we have to use our head...
...meaning you have more power by far than any 'entity out of body'(or phase) with us...
but you must know this deeply...have no hesitation or doubt, you see.

A story to consider...A friend, Bob, had an ache for decades between his
shoulder blades...
a medium tells him he sees his brother lunging forward
as shots are being fired ...he grabbed there as Bob grappled up a net up to a ship...
the brother was killed and was still holding on there.
So Bob simply talked to his brother...
"You can let go now, there's nothing here for you, you don't belong here, turn around....
see your loved ones calling to you in the light...go to them they are waiting for you....
I'm going to count to 5 and clap my hands and then GO!"
(Basically.)
And he never had another pain there. Voila!

But, I agree with Miss Hepburn when she stated that you may not need any outside help. The objective is to get you comfortable communicating with entities on your own. If you can already communicate with entities, the only time you need another person is to help spot entities who are so close to your vibration that they are hard for you to spot.

Respectfully, I have a different reality about the white light. From my perspective, the loved ones waiting are generated from the being's memories and they are there to coax the being into an implant station.

I m not saying I am right and you are wrong. Your suggestion of a white light may put one there, but the being you are helping may not share your reality.

I also do not command a being to go anywhere. Once again, it is a matter of personal preference and beliefs. The beings I encounter are welcome to stick around or to go and join life once more; their choice.
