Well, the good thing is you could start fresh!
Not saying you are or were an actual bad person... but for fun,
Why not take a full week, put a smile on your face each morning...and make an intention, a plan
to do really nice things each day for strangers and neighbors.
It could be as simple as smiling, asking them how they are doing.
If you dont run into many people or are shy...thumb tack Dollar bill$ or 5 dollar bills on bus benches...in
Laundromats, on trees where the homeless hang out in parks.
Imagine how that person was uplifted...smile more inside.
Believe you are a good person. This is better focusing on this project, than thinking you are a bad person, imo.
