Any society which is fully wrecked, How we can modify in that society with the help of meditation and spirituality. I need to response from you people.

Disconnect from ego fear based society and deprogram.

Heal thy self by freeing oneself from attachments and addictions.

Be example to others by living the truth.

And become the conduit.

Love positively and in gratitude yourself. Meditate as well if you feel that it has a positive effect for you. If you live positively, you will then attract positive things to you, and others will be inspired by your example. They will then do it themselves and begin to live in the same way. Then they go on to inspire others themselves. Gradually, society changes that way.
