Anxiety VS Actual entities?
Is there a way to tell between actual astral entities and just anxiety images? Because I feel like either there's a entity which likes to throw me for a loop and get me immersed in a mess of my own imagery to feed off my anxiety, or I'm just plain struggling to tell the difference in the midst of panic or a instant.
I know I have extreme anxiety problems, but I'm not sure if this is because I can actually sense something in some capacity messing with me or if I'm just creating images to fill in the reason for anxiety, in which case I don't know how to fix that..

Work on your anxiety with a Therapist first. That will quiet your mind so you can be more sensitive spiritually.

I'm not actually fond of therapists, sadly. A lot of my life has in some manner kept secret and a big source of my anxiety in the past and still now to some extent is triggers from the psychic attack I had 4 years ago.. It's better but I'm still afraid of making a mistake which will repeat some manner of a psychic attack.
As well as misunderstandings and language gaps as a result of my belief systems compared to the rest of my family and other people I know, there's a significant gap in understanding, and in some aspects, love and understanding.. My family still loves me but not in a way of understanding what I believed..
Not many people I can talk about this sort of stuff with and I don't want to focus on the fact I was psychic attacked, I feel like today I have conquered a big aspect of what was causing me trouble and gaining back power, its just the matter of when all the residue of what happened as a result of not having a teacher and my naivete will finally be gone.

its actually your own anxiety that allows the "entity" to mess with you. your anxiety and the "evil entity" are the same thing, litteraly, your anxiety causes this thing to attack you, it litteraly forces this thing to attack you, so its like you are attacking yourself.

Is this happening when you are out of your body? Or are you simply attributing mental disease to some kind of unseen astral entity?

Beautiful name you have "Kashii" I like it.
When i was 17-19 i used to lay in my bed with my head covered, and i literally heard noices and feeling a pressence all the time, i would sometimes have nightmares (wich i havent had for many years now) and a feeling of pain in my chest, my throat felt like it was rottening up, sometimes when i was literally about to sleep i would feel like i was falling out of my body, or hear a loud noice in my head (i believed) I got over it though and i am sleeping without my head covered for 4 years now without any nightmares :P
I dont know if the entities in your mind is real or not for you. But i had to give up to give in.
Let me ask is the images in your mind like going through a time machine in movies with imaginery or is it like still pictures every 0,2 second?
I am scared sometimes aswell, if i have heavy imaginery in my mind, and sometimes i think i see a shadow in the blurr of my eye, i usually sleep with the lights on even, and window open because i dont wanna relive what the anxiety at 19, however.
I believe it has something to do with being locked inside, getting more and more paranoia of the outside, it is a hard time. But i dont know what you are doing, but i needed to work seriously on it.

Hey Kinki, Adamm is right.
Learn to meditate daily & imagine being filled with white/gold/silver light. This exercise might sound a bit airy-fairy to some, but it's a very powerful protection against anything negative. It also soothes the soul : )
Your anxiety is an opportunity to gain self mastery, don't waste it.

I really dislike the mentality that negative = bad in here.. Some aspects of bad are here to teach us lessons or to let us know when there is danger. I'd like to hear advice from someone who acknowledges the possible good of 'bad' but doesn't consider what I'm seeing and negativity which is 'bad', because they are entirely separate.
I also dislike the mentality that just because I have anxiety doesn't mean I'm not being encountered by entities, so Adam, I'm sorry to say but I don't think that is what is happening.
And if we're speaking on LoA terms, I know that what I'm dealing with isn't as a result of some lesson anymore, I think I have already dealt with the lesson now, its just a matter of something being annoyingly persistent.

Anxiety is usually the result of an incongruence between your beliefs and reality. Something is out of sync in your own mind. To attribute your mental distress to an "astral entity" is to escape from the responsibility of discovering, facing, and uprooting the problem within your mind.
"Bad" can be just as subjective a term as "negative." I see little value in attempting to distinguish them apart. This will not solve your problems.
