calling upon spirt guides and angels
I've seen so much on the internet on contacting my guides/ angels... I have no clue which to follow. what are the best methods for connecting with them?

Meditation is a good way for you to start to connect to your guides..as for Angels they will only come if you ask them.you have to ask.

What is the difference between angels and guides? I kind of always thought they are or could be or maybe just some are, both???

I just learned today.. guides have been humans on earth. Angels have always been Angles.

how do you go about asking them to reveal themselves and help you?

You just have to ask the Angels that question as for guides that is different, some people only see them in meditation or dreams.

Hi Bill..... You never need to call upon them... They are ALWAYS there .... A constant presence by your side. A beautiful energy of support and guidance and love ever present ..... But they CANNOT intervene or help in your life unless you ask for HELP...
