Activating your own integration

A lot of people still caught up in suffering around me, reveal to me my own old processors and steps to walk through and out of my own contained suffering being.

Ourselves and life as it is for each of us, doesn’t change until we move through change ourselves. How we move through it, is often soaked in our programmed patterns and struggles. So you’ll often see, change move through in difficult and often traumatic ways.

Sometimes we can’t avoid these meeting points while we are closed off, unaware or not listening deeper to ourselves.

The world around us as it us and moving with us, is really another recognition to move inward and notice yourself in it all. Rather than reacting, getting entangled by it, going within and looking at all these spots in you screaming out for feedback that only you can ask, open and listen to.

The greater world in its own processors even as they may affect you in some way, is simply, more opportunity to move inwardly, rather than get caught up in the dramas outside of you.

That’s the challenge when you’re aware and awake. Caught between worlds is your own trap.


If you can shift your focus each and every time your activated by external stuff, needs and desires, expectations of life and others, go within instead, tap into your own source, your own wholeness and meet that part of you inside, you’ll create and meet the life your own wholeness intended. It will reveal itself naturally..

Within you is the continuum of life and change, is every answer and relationship you seek. If you don’t let go to yourself, you’ll never find what your looking for, seeking and need for you,

Integrating in this way, tapping inwardly opens the universal doorway that is your own guide, healer, lover, friend and companion as yourself.

If you haven’t sourced you in all ways of these roles, believe that something outside of you,is going to make it happen, then you’ll meet that source and it will open you to see where you still are yet to find you. You’ll eventually see, where you give away your own empowerment and lose yourself to an external world view.

You have a choice to go within, reclaim yourself to your own universal unified source which has nothing to do with your programmed mind and conditioned being.
