Difficult to tell. There is orange at the bottom, but can't see if that's in or on the crystal.

update : i paid for it 80$ .... i took it to another shop where there was a geologist that said its probably ametrine but def not worth 80$ - i bought there 3 ametirne pieces for 5$ and returned this one to the other shop

Ametrine is very rare naturally, there's really only one mine which is the Anahi mine in Bolivia, although some is found in India and Brazil too. But most is from Bolivia. So it's rare, and thus expensive.
Meaning most what is sold as ametrine is fake. And no way can you buy natural ametrine for only $5 a piece. But I guess like heat treated citrine it will still have energy. But it cannot be natural real ametrine.
