Did Jesus die? Can God die? Can as the operating word is proposing a possibility or probability. Suppose it was possible for God to die, can he die?

What we know about death is that it happens to our bodies. However one might define our soul/spirit it does not die.

The body of The Nazarene Jesus died but the soul that once animated that body lives on just as we all live on in soul/spirit form after corporeal death.

The spirit of Jesus is of course highly spiritually advanced beyond any point we have ideas about or words adequate to describe.

The all-creating entity we call God, an entity we can barely conceive of let alone understand, is beyond and outside of any consideration of death we might have.

If Jesus died and if God died, who resurrected Jesus and is God still dead?

Back in the 70's, some people actually did believe God died. But if Jesus did not die, then he didn't fulfil the prophecies which means he would not have been the Messiah. And if God can die, that means he can have an end. If God can have an end, it might imply he had a beginning. If that was true, people might once more be worshipping the 'god' described in the Bible that had a beginning and is prophesized to have an end.

Happiness is the result of an enlightened mind whereas suffering is caused by a distorted mind.

Let suppose that God is a multifaceted Being with multiple manifestation Who can take turns to incarnate and die? Would you consider such a possibility? By the way what is Easter all about?

Easter was originally celebrated the same day as Passover which is also the day Jesus died.

Why would we give consideration to your ideas?
