Is there is any mediatator who can activate my root chakra and heart chakra in 40 days by his or her meditation power.

Speaking of Soham, after a session with him, I felt the Holy Name, Sat Nam in my chest like a purring cat or
motor as Kirpal Singh says, for DAYS!!!

Who ELSE could do it? There is no teacher that can reach you but that one who is already and always has been you! One-pointed concentration is the most direct method to open the "ear" that can listen...

Crystals are great, Miss Hepburn! And chakras.
However, gurus (the OP's "meditators" who can "activate") which "impart" benefit only
through their own agency are *deleted*! ;)

This is what I learned...the mind is so powerful, thoughts going all over the place.
But where are these busy thoughts when you are doing a project that you love?
A person could come up to you and you don't even hear them!
Why?
Because you have something you love to focus on.
So you need something more powerful than the mind to grab or keep your attention.
Now, - what is that?
Well, I know what it is for ME, so that it is easy to sit comfortably for many many
many hours in stillness and silence.
What do you love?
What do you enjoy envisioning?
What is it you want and adore?
So that it is not work to concentrate on?
Is it hard to go to the beach and lay quietly soaking in the warmth of the sun and the sounds of the Ocean?
Not for me?
Think of meditation as a joy, like sunbathing in the love all around you.
