Thank you asearcher. You made me realise you are probably right. It seems that I had a sugar addition. Anything sweet I ate I had to eat more. My brain kept saying eat, eat and eat more. It was terrible. That was a long time ago. Fortunately I no longer have that problem. I can control my food intake without any problems. I was lucky I could have got diabetes or other terrible things. I have regular blood tests that my doctor wants me to have. My health is excellent. Sorry if I sound like I am boasting.

You are wise to replace vegetables with sugar. It is easier not to over eat on vegetables than sugary food.

I eat white rice, white pasta and white bread. My diet is very healthy. I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and other healthy food. I do not have food that is covered in oil such as french fries. I cook my own french fries with a little oil. You sound sensible. It is good to be kind to yourself. One last thing to say and that is I enjoy myself with food. I have ice cream on a hot day, a couple of biscuits and I eat a couple of squares of chocolate after dinner with a cup of tea. I eat cake etc on special occasions. My points is you can eat anything so long as it is in moderation. You do not over eat.
