Discipline
Does mediation help with discipline? What I mean by that is a long time ago if I ate a biscuit I would think I wrecked my diet so I would eat the whole packet and eat other things as well. Since I have been meditating I can stop when I eat one biscuit and other food. I do not over eat. I am more disciplined. A lot of people say to me they cannot do what I do. If they start eating chocolate they eat the lot. I eat a small amount of chocolate every day and I am not tempted to eat any more. If you are wondering I am slim.
