Of life we are within
Each moment
Anew
Lifts the veil

Ungrounded being

Has to be moved by life

But moved by
The source
Of all that is
The spirits freedom
A clear illuminated
Presence
Grounded
Aware
No longer
Contained
The heart
Becoming
A nestled
Home
Where all suffering
Big or small
Is aligned
To love.
