How did you know?
The problem:
I weighed myself before I left for the doctors the other day and then weighed myself at the doctor's office and I gained 7.5 pounds.
How could this be? The first weighing I was butt naked. The second weighing include all the '****' I had in my pants. Obviously, I must be wearing cargo pants..........

Solution:
don't go to the doctors
I like to appear to be cranky, or perhaps I am.
Result: people around me mostly leave me alone.
