Waking up to new levels of spiritual reality

Hi all. I'm undergoing yet another layer of spiritual awakening and this feels quite tough. I feel directionless and like I've been thrown into chaos, I have no guidance really to get my bearings straight. Could someone point me in the right direction? I know there is no "one" way of spiritually awakening, it will be something unique to myself, but some level of guidance even if it's general would be supportive. What should I do right now? How should I manoeuvre? Please help.

You've not offered any specific details, so it is difficult to comment. On a generalised basis, I’d say we should not resist and simply observe the play, in an aspect of childlike innocence and wonderment, without anticipating any imagined outcome. Operating from heart rather than head, in an aspect of surrender is usually always helpful.

These times of feeling as you feel are important layers of ‘being immersed in the unknown’ and how you feel in it. So it’s not so much about action but going within and honouring those arising feelings.

The chaos is also part of deepening into the body beyond mind and letting whatever arises in you to be acknowledged.

These are important steps to not over riding feelings you’ve most likely shelved, to avoid entering again.

So I’d start by going into this state you’re articulating and opening up some inner dialogue (through feeling, not thinking) and let it flow.

You have to drop out of your head and drop deep into the body to open up and find you in it all.

Chaos and directionless are part of being in the world of chaos (and being at peace) Going with the flow of life without always needing to know. (Letting go of control) Being more present from within and honouring everything in you seeking attention. (Without controlling and needing to know) So these are the possible outcomes as I’ve learned.

Personally, I feel a solid, unshakeable foundation of trust in the Creator, by any name, is the most important thing.
When you trust in this 'power' or Spiritual Being what could you ever fear or worry about or doubt...Speaking for myself,
I am in His hands, so to speak.
I trust His Love is guiding me --what seems hard is there for my good and it has it's purpose always...and I have No Doubt.
What a freedom!
That's my Formula for a great life, so far so good!

If it's any consolation, what you're describing is very common in people who are in the process of awakening, it's something I can definitely relate to and I'm sure many others on the forum can, too.
