Open 3rd Eye-how does it affect Reiki?

I have received my Master Level and have yet 1 more level to go Advanced Master. I know my master is not a fraud, she's able to do things I didn't think possible with energy, but I'm feeling a bit jipped bc she teaches me symbols, attunes me, takes my money, and then nothing until I call her again for the next attunement. I don't even know if I'm practicing it right, except it does seem to positively impact everyone I give a session to-==-and I definitely feel the energy coming from my hands when I am giving Reiki.

But something she has said every time she saw me is that my third eye is WIDE open. Well, so has EVERY psychic or palm reader or sensitive. In fact, I was told to stay away from ghost hunting bc my third eye is so open. I don't know how it got open (I did die 10 yrs ago and was revived--could that have been it?). I do know I used to get sleep paralysis sometimes twice a week to the point that it no longer even terrified me, and I have lucid dreams and out of body experiences often (but that's happened ever since I was a young girl).

What are the dangers of having such an open third eye and what is the good that can come from it? I do seem to "know" what people are thinking most of hte time, and that drives me crazy bc it's usually not nice things....and I get strong intution of negative things to come which I sometimes wish I wouldn't.

Would having such an open 3rd eye also help me become a better Reiki Practioner? By the way, I'm a self learner, so I've taken what my Reiki master taught me and learned all I could about it so I feel Im doing it right--esp if the results are positive. This means a lot to me bc my MIL is fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and she LOVES me Reiki treatments and I can only hope they are helping her. Miracles do and can happen.

Sorry if this was 2 different subjects, but they sorta tied in together.
I guess what Im asking is, even with a Reiki Master who hasn't seen me in action but has attuned me eacfh time, could I still be a great practioner (she said my 3rd eye will make me excellent at it=-=is that true?) and what kind of bad things can happen with such an open 3rd eye? I know this whole year has been HELL for me-=--but I think that was a result of being a paranormal investigator....I did not get off scott free and I will never do that again. Just trying to pick up the pieces of my life again and think positive and hope self-reiki helps.

If you have a an open 3rd eye you can maybe use it when you heal people to see into their issues or even past lives. This way you can give them guidance. I use mine a lot. Just protect yourself.

It is interestinghow I can automatically guess what color they are thinking off which helps me indetermining what chakra they needd the most work on....and there is a significatn correclation with the color they choose to their blocked chakra....so youmay be on to something.
