What is the opposite of Astral?

Question unclear.
'Astral planes' are a place in another dimension generally considered to be subdivided into 7 planes.
'Astral travel' is a method of traveling (without you physical body) to other places (including planes and dimensions). The name is acquired as the easiest other dimension/plane beyond the one where this forum exists are the Astral planes.
