What is the power?

Okay so last night I attempted to sit in my power after prayer for protection as discussed here. The first attempt I was getting bright light flashes in my mind but like up in the top of my forehead. The flashes were really quick but in lightening like pattern and I wondered if my guide was contacting g me since that was the intent for now. But then outside noise interrupted me. So I try it again but didn't feel the breathing part as effective. I couldn't get what I call the sound of stillness to become as loud. I ended up falling asleep lol But I ended up having a lucid dream about a twin flame trying to reunite but again noise outside woke me up:( I've been feeling defeated with the whole twinnie thing and haven't had a beautiful dream about him since it all went downhill. So if anything I told myself that day I was going to try and forget him. Now I don't know what to make of it lol. Confused....but I will try again tonight. Maybe my vibration needs raising? On this note I have to ask, the tingling sensation I get when spirit or entity is around in past years had suddenly become stronger and hard to ignore. One night it was out of control like pulsating up and down my body that I turned over onto my belly for sense of security. That's my reaction to having spirits pull my toes as a child or like the one at 19yrs tap my abdomen to show me a box he ended up leaving with. So I flip over or go into foetal position telling them to ping off before doing a protective shield on myself. Does anyone get this tingling sensation? Coz one day it happened while driving and I had an out of body exp. oh boy I wish I could find a mentor to put me straight on it all.
