 For me it would be like cutting my arm off cutting the gift , i was born with it so i know no other way ,its part of who i am, you can ask spirit to give you a break, but normaly they are more aware that you need a break before you do. they respect out privacy, why would you want to stop a gift you have anyway, you are given a gift so you can help others.
