yes on the shoulder
I've also felt sensation of being stroked
its odd but I've definitely felt it on a regular basis

Could be anyone
I don't know how to explain that I don't really care.
I wish I could expand my personal practice but I have no ritual room and live with family so I have postponed really seriously investigating it.

thats facinates me individuals that have one room no one can enter - reserved for them and spirit.. all though i havent been told the complete process but, i feel you can connect anytime. anywhere.
