Yellow top

There was more to what was a rather uninteresting dream, but this is all that stood out to me. I found a long sleeved yellow top to put on. I tried to put it on while heading downstairs, but was finding it ridiculously difficult. I struggled but was having a nightmare managing it. It seemed to be too small.

I guess it stood out to me because the colors in the dream were dull and somewhat washed out, so this top was basically the boldest and brightest thing there. I suspect that maybe the color and the situation represents me struggling with something.

Anyone have some thoughts?

You are trying to put on some thing that does not fit. It does not fit the colors around you, or does it fit you. Might relate to something you are trying to do in real life. It may be a role you are trying to play in life. At work or at home.

Hi Sunset Dragon, Anytime you are going down a stairwell (in the home) indicates a transitional issue in waking life. Upstairs is the "ideal" self/ higher self; downstairs is the waking life/current reaility. Dull colors in dream reflect dullness is waking life experiences. Yellow symbolizes optimism, but here, because the shirt is too small, it indicates forced optimism which you are having difficulty "trying on" in your waking life. Seems like the message is saying that you are attempting to be more optimistic, but that it is feeling very unnatural/uncomfortable for you. I hope this helps.
