Spirits transcend time?
I have this thing where every day and even every moment feels different. It's like I have a subtle dipolar disorder, but with unlimited moods instead of two.
So that being said, I think it has to do with my thoughts and every time I change a line of thought I tap into different spirits. And if that is the case, any thoughts you would recommend?

For the most part I'm the opposite. It's an unbroken and unchanging state of consciousness. All the stuff that changes externally (the world outside) and internally (the world inside - thoughts, emotions, sensations) are just events that arise, linger for a time and then subside within consciousness. A good analogy is the screen vs. the movie playing on the screen. Anything paranormal would also be part of the movie.
Generally speaking there are two broad approaches, one being the screen and the other being a part of the movie. Being the screen has limited approaches (non-dual traditions) and being a part of the movie has many approaches as evidenced by all the other sub-forums here. My advice is figure out which approach most suits you and stick with it and with dogged determination.
It's like the story of a man digging a well. He digs down a few feet and doesn't find water so he starts digging another hole some distance away. After digging down another few feet he doesn't find water so he repeats the process ad infinitum, whereas if he had just continued digging the first hole he most likely would have struck water.
