New Moon in Aries
Our New Moon in Aries upon us on 21st of March (there is also some information about the Equinox in this report too) ...This link will let you in on one interpretation of it. All astrologists use their own spin - messages come in different ways.

There is a lot of change in this month - Saturn has moved into Pisces, Pluto is about to move into Aquarius ~ note this is just a brief soujourn ... The final change does not come till next year. Mars is moving out of Gemini... There is a lot of new time lines ...
This Aries new moon asks you to step into reconceptualise and find the real us ...

I'll probably be skipping lunch, the new moon happens around 6pm in Europe today.
If you can choose, try eating after the new moon time, otherwise the food you eat will sort of get stuck, our digestive system is affected by these shifts of energy.
If you are not used to fasting, you can have fruits / milk / nuts.
