"Spiritual gastritis" on again. Guidance to "find joy". How to feel real joy?
I'm going through these stupid upper stomach issues again. Last night during meditation an angel came to me, showed me an image of a trumpet (a sign of ae Gabriel?) and told me to "rejoice". I've been guided to find joyful things in my life many times before but I always forget it when my stomach feels better. I often live with quite negative emotions: anxiety, depression, sorrow, anger... It's very difficult for me to find joy. I may be stressed because I have a lot of "duties" or work to do and not enough time for everything.
I also think I should do some long-term work to learn to think more positively.
Let's list here things that make us feel real joy! What kind of things make you laugh?
I can start with the first thing that came to my mind: find some funny youtube videos that make you laugh. Maybe create a playlist of them so you can easily return to them when you feel like it.

I can only speak for myself; I go through the majority of my days and nights very quiet inside. Positive is the opposite of negative, but for me that is a pendulum swing between two poles. I prefer inner silence, with inner silence I receive incredible clarity from intuition which is not thought based.
One of the biggest things which has helped me remain sane and successful in my life is being organized. I have a lot going on in my life and when I am organized, writing things down, keeping an appointment book, etc., I can see what I have to do and when I have to do it. Also put “me” time in your appointment book, time set aside for you to just relax, have an ice cream cone, or go to the park.
I began by organizing my thoughts and then organizing my outside world as much as possible. This includes my home. Stress puts me in a horrible place, so I exercise, take relaxing baths, and eat nutritious foods. Being organized can help you simplify your life. It also helps to have a support system of others.
An informal support system involves friends, family, acquaintances, social groups, etc., a formal support system involves professionals, counselors, therapists, your primary care physician, etc. In my opinion it is good to have both type of support systems, but most of all seek intuitive guidance. The universe is organized and it is helpful for us to organize our own individual universe and what revolves around us.
“You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars.”
