I handshaked aliens and went on a lightship

This happened in my hotel room in colombia near summer of 2020.
I was just laying in my bed then suddently jumped into my room a council of 9 aliens and took up place around the bed on each sides and infront.
Some were tall, maybe 2.20 meter. One were short, it was zeta commander. Your typical depiction of the grey's was his body shape. 3 or 4 fingers can't remember, big head, big eyes. i gave him a handshake and i talked telepathically with all of them. They were in astral bodies however all visible with the naked eyesight.

I was able to give a firm handshake with fysical response and yet also go straight through them and when i did my entire body was tingling alot.

Ashtar was standing next to the zeta commander, he is the pleadian commander famously known in the galacitc federation disinformation campaign, i guess he's real but this psyop they are posing as beeings from 6D ect but is actually from a 4D astral negative aspect posing as your saviors or whatever. Not good. The real group is not galactic federation but a group called federation of planets.

This galactic council is ordered by god himself to take lead in the liberation of souls andn lay down order. After one third of humans awaken here on Gaia they will announce themselves. By then you would see that these beings are real.

Anyway back to the story. I take turns and greet everyone, then they put my attention on a lightship above me, i project my astral body onboard and i see the entire ship interior in great detail, very complex dashboard going along the entire one side of the ship, it was a triangle shaped lightship. I had a pilot, we talked a bit and he told me we were going on a rescue mission and then we went. We zoomed across the universe and popped up above a building, doors opened in the floor of the ship and i projected down and rescued this woman without much resistance and effort, i was quick about it. She was thanking me like crazy. We delivered her at her home and then the ship took me to galactic central command. I didnt see much but i entered this big room like a movie theater hall, and through a door i greeted some sort of commander, it was like a complementary introduction.
