How to make the received Reikii healing last longer? please advise
'ello! I've been receiving distant Reiki healings over the past seven years from several masters and eventually narrowed it down to 2-3 whom I trust.
I've moved past any skepticism about placebo effects, especially when, in some cases, I'm on a waiting list, and the healing could start anytime within the next 72 hours.... and suddenly, I notice an energy shift, check online, and see a message saying, "I'm starting transmission now," (20 minutes ago or so) and it aligns and confirms the timing.
Now, I understand that I need to actively work on maintaining that energy, raising my own vibration to support it. However, I'm here to ask for tips on how to sustain that energy for a longer time. Sometimes it lasts a couple of days, and other times just a day or two.
I do not want to get attuned and do it myself, i wonder what can i do to maintain that energy longer and what am i doing that disrupts it. obviously old patterns of habits and thinking play a serious role, so of that i am aware and always working to improve etc.
would you say that it would be a good idea to raise the frequency/rate (how often) of reiki healings received over a period of time so that i maintain the energy longer enough to stabilize it, as if a crutch until i get the hang of this energy field.
please advise

Hi Bubbles :),
I'm glad you're enjoying Reiki and feeling its effects. It's a powerful healing energy, and I've also experienced its benefits. Why not get attuned to it yourself? That way, you can use it whenever you need. It's natural to think that receiving it from someone more experienced is better, but don't give away your power so easily. Reiki is accessible to everyone, whether you're a master or a beginner. It works just the same.
If you don't want to get attuned, you can make the healing last longer by staying positive, drinking lots of water, eating nourishing food, spending time in nature, enjoying sunshine, laughing, getting enough rest and being mindful of the media you consume.
Trust that your soul/spirit knows how much healing energy you need at the moment.
