Craniosacral therapy
Hey everyone, I recently had a craniosacral therapy session, and it was an incredible experience. This therapy focuses on the cranial bones and gently regulates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. I was amazed by how gentle yet profoundly impactful it was on my overall well-being.
Highly recommend it if you have a practitioner nearby!
