On one hand it lends the opportunity to move on, find new direction in life, and on other hand self deprivation, lack of faith and negative approach when opportunities are plenty to chose from.

On one hand, a new adventure to a distant land can be eye-opening, inspiring, and spiritually rewarding.
On the other hand, it could be a disappointment (exploitative locals, poor planning, rain, too much noise and stimulation) making you wonder why you even bothered.

Marriage, Card: Temperance
On the one hand marriage teaches us to balance, adjust to another's point of view and offers chances of evolution through the blending of energies.
On the other hand, all that compromise and constant adjustment takes a huge toll, sometimes at the cost of one's authentic selfhood.

On the one hand it teaches the student to hone other senses and trust that they can help you find your path.
On the other hand it can lead the student to' 'spiritual bypassing'' and not seeing the bigger picture.
