On the one hand, I totally give my all in my relationships with others, be it my husband, children, siblings, I'll do whatever I can for them. But,

on the other hand, I tend to give so much to others, that I tend to ignore my own problems and concerns.

Leisure is not always liberating. Sometimes it breeds fears and anxiety and a feeling of being frozen in despair and of being trapped with help in sight.
On the other hand it tells me to get up and go, do anything to move out of this impasse. Its easier than it looks and help is at hand. I do not have to suffer silent and alone for I do have options if I would only look.
