Yeah, it's true that everything is already there but that is why the main issue persists: why can't the divine energies influence us towards liberation?
It's because of the resistance our restrictions put up.
I do see, and have practiced, that real Love (self-less) cracks these restrictions, namely the one at the heart.

Yes I’ve looked into that, decalcifying the pineal gland. Apparently it is caused by the fluoride that has peen put into our drinking water. Some people have suggested that is was done on purpose but who knows. Maybe another conspiracy theory.

I know my third Eye chakra is getting more and more it is opening up it's right now I don't take my home I give him off because of fun of mine a friend of mine with sadly passed away this year shaving her goes home and her house was full of ghosts and another funeral people who normally asked me as got ghosts with a touch themselves to them to get rid of them as some men is good friends of mine very good friends because they think that a lot of me and I like little too if only there was single and available of them yourself because you are nice man

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the third eye activated is when that part of you that percieves through the bodily senses, through the mind, and the other spiritual bodies (astral, causal, etc) is awakened. Your seeing, but not through eyes. Your hearing, but the hearing is not the ears hearing, sort of like you are encapsulated in a body, and 'floating right before and above the ocean of thoughts & impressions'. The silver surfer?!

Sounds legit to my education and experiences.
Some people call the mind's eye the 3rd eye but that's just the brain using memory data to crate hypnogogic images. There's another "space" where the impressions see-through I think like you're saying not through the eyes but another way. In my wrote, we can use this space to perceive the angels/intelligences that way.
